Join us as we travel through the interior of majestic Yellowstone National Park and Lamar Valley for Spring Wildlife, We will be among the first to visit the interior of the park after winter. Our target species is grizzly bear and cubs just out of hibernation, feeding on winter carcasses. Additional wildlife we expect to see on our journey may include Bison with calves, Big Horn Sheep, Coyote, Fox, Elk, Otters, Pronghorn, Deer, and of course Wolves, located in and among spectacular environmental features and stunning backgrounds.

As with all STL's, this is a workshop, not just a photo tour. "Shoot the Light" Photographic Instructional Workshops are designed to enhance your visionary skills, as well as your technical execution. Special emphasis is placed on creating images with Visual Impact. Increase your proficiency while using compositional elements and light to design in-camera images that are a cut above.

Our small group and two private vehicles allow us to make the most of each wildlife encounter. Unlike other photo tours, we have the luxury of staying on location for extended periods without the pressure of crowds or deadlines.
